We work with businesses starting at 3 employees. You don't need to be a large company to offer your team something meaningful. Many of our clients started with 5 to 10 employees and grew from there.
It depends on the plan, your team size, and how you want to structure it. Many employers contribute a portion, and employees cover the rest through pre-tax payroll deductions, which actually lowers everyone's taxable income. We'll show you exactly what the numbers look like for your situation on the call.
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from decision to coverage start. We manage the paperwork and logistics and coordinate directly with your payroll provider. Your job is minimal.
No. We work with your existing payroll system, whether that's Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or even manual payroll. We adapt to how you already operate.
That's what we're here for. Unlike larger agencies, you'll have direct access to a real advisor, the same person you talked to when you started, for questions, changes, and annual reviews. We don't disappear after enrollment.
